The term domain name has multiple related meanings:

When you buy a web package from us you'll get 1 year free hosting. After the end of that period, you will be able to continue to host with us for a fee of 5 Euro each month. If you prefer we can transfer your site to another company for a fee of 20 Euros.
Depending on the site which you'll want the deadlines are from 1 week up to several months.
There are several factors that determine the total cost of any web site. Some of them are :

- Will it be reqiured from us to create an unique logo.
- Does the customer want different animated banner created with Flash, ect. ?

You have the full right to determine and choose what exacly you prefer, how the site should look like, ect. Through the whole process of creating the site will have access to the unfinished product and will be able to give ideas and recomandations, which will guide us while working on your project.
