Filling out the order form or using the services of iDesign user agrees to comply with the Terms of Conditions. Unless specified elsewhere (Terms and conditions of service), the use of "us", "we", "our" will apply to iDesign. The use of "you", "You", "your" will apply to users of iDesign.
1. Disclaimer:
Regarding the receipt and use of the services we provide, the user is obliged to comply with the following conditions:1.1. When ordering a package or custom web site, the user is obliged to prepay part of the service which he wants to use as a percentage of this sum is determined entirely by us.
1.2. If there is a delay of your project, because of us you have the right to claim the full amount which you already deposited and you will be restored to 100%.
1.3. If the completed project has elements or parts you don’t like you have the right to ask for a change and modification, but the change of the whole design is not allowed.
1.4. When buying web site or package from us, you get a certain number of months free hosting. Upon expiry of this period a monthly fee have to be paid. Non-payment of the fee for hosting will follow to seven days notice, after that the service will be terminated.
1.5. We do not assume responsibility for the integrity of the information to any user, not paid the service in the agreed time, in the result of that the service has been suspended.
1.6. The user shall pay all fees associated with its project.
2. Receiving Service:
2.1. We will create and deliver, the user will order and pay for Internet service they purchased.2.2. We are obligated to keep all terms and obligations that are committed to the client.
3. Payments:
3.1. Launching the service starts after payment of the determined amount.3.1.1. The user is obliged to pay the whole fee before we begin to deliver the service to him.
3.2. All fees and money transfers that you will make will by bank transfer or through online payment.
4. Termination of service:
If the client desires to terminate a service he must contact us within 24 hours after the transfer of money and will be restored to 100%.5. Relationship:
We treat with respect all of our customers and we expect the same from them. If the customer abuse any of our employees or affect it in any way, we can terminate the service.6. Return of fees and disputes:
The fees you pay can be restored only when obeying the conditions mentioned above. In all other situations we are not obliged to refund the amount obtained.7. The user agrees not to be included in any actions that are in violation of the laws applicable to our services.
8. We reserve the right to stop performing a service if any of the conditions mentioned above is non-observance.
9. We won’t be responsible under any circumstances to:
9.1. Each indirect or incidental harm as a result of using our services by customers or others.9.2. Any loss of information as a result of delays, non-delivery, or termination of the service for reasons we are not responsible for.
9.3. We don’t assume responsibility for completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the information provided by our services, systems, networks or the Internet.
10. Messages:
10.1. We will inform the consumer of everything he has to be informed of, by the e-mail address he provided. The user is responsible for reading the send messages and the failure of receiving them for any reason (change of e-mail address, deleting, shifting, blocking and so on), fir which he hasn’t informed us will be considered for his error.10.2.
